How are you doing?

How is everyone doing today?  I pray that this note finds you all in good health, cheer and looking up.  I am facing some challenges; however, it's all good because I depend on the Lord to help me through them.  I use to wonder how in the world my mother could be 88 years old with no wrinkles.  My mother is not a worrier.  She knows how to cast her cares unto the Lord and not look back.  "Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time.  Casting your care upon him for He cares for you."  (I Peter 5:6-7).   We can cast our cares upon Him, for He cares for us.  His burden is light and His yoke is easy.  "Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.”For My yoke is easy and My burden is light." (Matthew 11:29-30).

I can honestly tell you that God keeps His word and takes every burden.  It doesn't matter how big or how small.  Give it to God and He will work it out.  I have a poem titled the "Catchers Mitt which will be uploaded to you tube within the next few days or so."  Check it out if you get the opportunity.  Remember, nothing is too big or too small for God. (Dale Birdsong)
